This apartment is situated on the seafront just a few metres from the sea, overlooking the Mar Menor. The apartment is on the third floor, giving wonderful views of the sea and the La Manga strip, and allowing you to sit on the balcony and enjoy an evening drink. The block has two lifts and there is wheelchair access to the entrance. The apartment has two double bedrooms, (the second bedroom will sleep 2 + a fold down bed) and a bathroom with a shower/bath and bidet. The living area serves as a lounge/dining room with double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen area. A balcony with four chairs leads off the lounge. There are two communal pools and a paddling pool set in the grounds outside. The apartment very comfortably sleeps four, and, with the help of the double sofa bed, can sleep up to six people. We are happy to take bookings for parties of golfers, etc.
